Hello, I was on the old site a very long time ago, thanks to the emails from Ollie and Helen reminding me to drop by again and take a look.

I've been healthy this year since march, but not very well last year.

I hope every one is doing ok here, i've started reading peoples posts and feel a bit old on here now. :-( however I might have some useful advice.

Hi Helen, thank you for making me feel younger! I'm doing good this year, since March anyway, Had a very bad time tail end of last year- I put that down to major stress at work.
I hope I'll be ok as we move towrds winter, things sometimes seem to set it off when the weather gets colder and it happens very fast. It does seem to be Cyclic for me either happening Oct-Dec or if I'm ok through this time then Apr-June.

I might see if there is a thread on this or start one- cyclic symptoms? :-)

(how do I get my Avatar to display my profile pic)?

I have picked up lots of tips and things I try to stay well, I'd be happy to answer anyones questions, and I'd like to find out about new treatments too so I'll be looking around the site more. :-)

Hi Tim,

Glad to see you back on and even better to hear that you are experiencing a good bout of health in recent times.

Im not sure if there is a thread on cyclic symptoms but ive read other sites, blogs etc and some people do seem to report their health improving in the summer months and declining somewhat in winter.
