In addition to this, there are some off topic areas for you to post in. These may not be currently available to you as you need to have posted a certain number of posts before you can access them. |
| Are there any rules i need to follow? |
| Yes.
There are various documents that relate to how you can use these forums. You can see these by clicking the Terms Of Service link at the bottom of this page. |
| What are announcements and stickies? |
| Announcements are when a member of the admin team puts a post up on the forum that you should read as soon as possible. This maybe about changes to the forum rules or other important things to do with the site.
Stickys are threads that are not essential to read, but might be helpful to either the moderating team or yourself to read. For example, they might explain how an area of the site works or asking about an event etc. |
| I hear i can gain reputation, what is it? |
| Reputation is the way other users can recognise a good or bad post, or a helpful or unhelpful member by giving positive or negative reputation.
Reputation can be added by clicking the reputation link in the upper right hand area of the persons post.
